Thank you, and you too!

Well after a few years in my tank I finally caught the bugger!!! I had bought live rock a few years ago and it came with a new born Mantis shrimp. Wednesday night the aquarium lights had been off for about 5 hours. I saw the little bugger in the front of my tank between the glass and a large live rock. It dove into one of the holes in the LR. I grabbed my large net and swooped up the rock. He was about 2" long. I lost 3 small fish since Christmas. The swimming habits of the 4 remaining fish has changed. They are swimming in all areas and also near the sand on the right side of the tank.

Congratulations! Very tough to extract sometimes. I hear some occasional clicking from a liverock as well. Still searching for this one.

Well last weekend I drove 40 minutes north of me to the nearest LFS. Asked if they could get me a 90g or 120g that has the length in non-tempered glass. He said he would check with the vendors. He came back to me with the answer of no guaranty on the glass if he orders. Yesterday and today I drove to 3 Petco to check on their supply of 75g (the largest size they carry). They were all tempered glass. I was hoping to drill the tank and use my Modular Marine overflow. This would save me money. The only route now is to spend $2100+ on just the tank.

Seapora you can order drilled but they only have internal overflows. On the ones that aren't drilled the panels are labeled as far as tempered or non. I know a lot of stores are running sales on these right now. Good tanks and inexpensive. A step above marineland and aqueon shelf tanks.
The other option would be SCA. But those are drilled for a Synergy Shadow overflow.

Sorry I can't be more help with you specific situation. Fwiw I do like my Synergy.
