It started off in the General diy section as a question about how to match costs with my contractor, then I got busy with baby prep and ended up using that thread to update and post pics. I only just recently asked Rev to move it and it’s kinda gone under the radar.
I’m hoping to get a bit more traffic once I have water flowing and corals growing - just need to persevere through the next couple months of the build.
Hoping to have water flowing end of this week, just have to do my BA drains and fill it up.

This happened...
3x 1” overflows from synergy reef shadow. Will be used as a BA. Only putting 7-800 through the box so an unregulated 1” emergency should keep up. Will have a float switch in the box to detect high water and shut off the rtn pump via an apex BOB.
Still to do the basement run, but that is for babies next nap time

That’s a “hoffer gurgle buster” and it works awesome. About $4 in pvc parts. Plans on google.

29g blacked out cryptic zone

40b observation tank with fridge underneath (as soon as my neighbor returns it...)
