If you have place a bid on an auction your screen may looks different that people that has not place bid.
Also the screen may look different when you log in to your ebay account or not.
After auction ended bidder can ask to ebay bid history listing for the auction even when it was a private listing or
reputable seller will provide bid history listing after auction ended to people that place bid.
Bid history will only show first and last alphabet or number of bidders id.
Seller and ebay screen will also show IP address where bids coming from.
This is how ebay tract legit bidder or not by IP address and pattern of bids.
If you ask a friend to bid up your own auction this will create a pattern that easily notice by ebay.
