Flashlight trick works again

I'll try this too. I have a pair of black ice clowns and two rbta. They refuse to host to it. I was told because they are captive breed they don't have the instinct to go in them. I'll give it a shot and let you know.

My thought would be that they have little to no fear of predators, having never seen one and having been born around the next-scariest (people), so they don't feel as much need to hide out.

I suggested that to liquid360 last year and it work for him to really neat trick. It works when all else fells.

Do u use the flashlight with moonlights or is your tank completely dark when you do this because I want my clowns to host my anemone too and the hanging pictures on the tank doesn't work for me I tried for a whole month

Well I gave it a shot and it worked with 1 of my clowns...sad thing is my anemone tried to eat him darn thing...I pulled my clown off the anemone and he is stung quite a bit so hopefully he will recover

i tried it twice, didnt work for me once at 1030pm and again at 5am, it was like they didnt even see it

Do you think a laser would work also? I'll give it a try ! I have a darwin and rbta I want to pair

I assume so but I wouldn't try it personally. I've used lasers to kill aptasia, which is a small pest anemone, so I can easily see it having negative effects on a larger anemone as well.
