Flatworm. Please help.

Yes they can become resistant to treatment.
I have noticed this with the use of FWE

I think I'll go with the Velvet slug, since I have on SPS tank and according to what I read the pipefishes are not strong swimmer.

Flatworms. ahhhhh. I've tried FWE (very dangerous because there are a lot of flatworms that cannot be siphoned) but they kept coming back. At one time, I had a six line, yellow corris, and melanurus all at the same time to no avail. I've tried the velvet nudi, it ate the flatworms, but was too slow (had 3 in my 127g reef). One got sucked in by the wavemaker. Eventually, I added a melanurus wrasse (the previous one died due to an outbreak that only affected the wrasses i had) and all my flatworms (including baby snails) were gone in a few weeks. Those flatworms (planaria) are photosynthetic. They go out at lights on. They like high nutrients so keep your tank parameters in prestine conditions and they will not multiply as fast. They also don't like high flow.
