Is there anything with low enough light requirements and "hardy" enough to grow completely around a floating rock? That'd be pretty nifty

Well is not right under the light it's bit in the back of the tank so. I think it's safe...

I'm saying the rock itself, would be very cool if it had something that basically completely covered it.

Yeah I am trying rainbow monti which mY cover the rock pretty fast..

Reminds me of Pandora loll that’d be so cool to see a pandora themed reef tank, which would be ironic as Cameron took a lot of ideas from the ocean to incorporate into Pandora from Avatar. Also I’ve seen people hang frags of branching sps because it’s supposed to help the coral grow faster... that’s what they do in the keys with endangered Elkhorn and Staghorn corals. Man, I’d die to have one of those corals

If you wanted something a little less visible, a good flourocarbon is virtually invisible underwater.

no.. i haven't it served well for now.. but i am thinking to change with flourocarbon .
