What do you do now to export nutrients?

Can I start doing water changes? I never had to use and flourish nitrogen or phosphate. Things just started dying and dont know why so did some research and asked fellow reefers about my situation. Just want to get everything in point so stuff will start thriving again.

No need for water changes.
If you are using a lot of macros for your export you might want to trim them back and don't run the skimmer too wet.
You will find that balance.
Feed those fish and watch your numbers.

I was asking what you are already doing that exports phosphate, to help decide how to raise it.
