Flukes?

So I dosed 200G's worth of prazi in my display...I have a 180 plus a 50G sump (I figured with all my rock in the display/sump that I was not at 230G's)

I still see some flukes in my Fox Face though, is the dose not strong enough or does it just take little time?

also on day 5, would a 30G WC be enough or do I need to go bigger?

It's really hard to dose accurately when you have rock/sand in the tank. Most fish handle OD'ing Prazi fine, but not wrasses (if you have any of those). Prazi only remains active in the water column for 72 hrs, so if you're still seeing flukes in the eyes after that it's not working. Some species of flukes are resistant to prazi and require formalin bath treatment.

here is a picture of the one spot

Foxface naturally have cloudy eyes. Are you sure that's not what you're still seeing?

My starry blenny has cloudy eyes as well...the cardinals do not however and I can't tell if the clowns do as they have super small eyes

The starry blenny should not have cloudy eyes. Honestly, once flukes have reached the eyes it's bad news. Even if you do manage to save their lives, a lot of times damage to the eyes is done and they go blind. If you can somehow catch them, I would give both the blenny & foxface a 5 min FW dip. It might be their only chance.

I can try

Be sure to temp/pH match & aerate beforehand the FW dip. Dip for no longer than 5 mins. At around the 2-3 min mark, you should see white flukes pour out of the eyes/gills. I like to use a black bucket, so the flukes are easier to see and I can check for dead ones on the bottom after the dip. Good luck!

When I treated for flukes with prazi, I could see the flukes turning white witching 15 minutes after dosing. They would then get "dangly" and fall off.

The fish still have cloudy eyes...The bottle of Prazi is only a month old

Although rare, some flukes are prazi resistant and require alternate treatment. You can perform formalin baths (or treat in a QT), or there's a product called De-Los that will wipe them all out in one swoop, eggs & all. The problem with De-Los is it is extremely harsh on the fish, so the cure may be worse than the disease.
