Well a few inches of silicone softline slipped onto the hardline below the sump can fix it.

If you can not extend the pipe.. it still seems easier to use mesh socks and a pump to siphon out debris with water changes then to be dealing with all that splashing and salt creep. It's dangerous if you have electronics down there.

I thought all cords were water proof? I always black tape them with electric tape and also use waterproof, the side of the wires never gets wet either

This. The salt creep will get into anything. If you have a aquarium controller under there or even smart outlets, they will eventually go belly up. The OP looks like he's trying to be proactive about it, but imho, your working too hard. I'd just reconfigure the sump as necessary.

Plan on getting a different sump soon when I move. For now just wanted to find a solution that’ll help the splashing for the time being

Update: I got a smaller PVC tube and running the tube submerged and now the problem is half fixed, how can I fix this small splash from skimmer?

Try a 90 degree PVC fitting and slip it on
