Yep they do.

I'll give him a little more time and maybe fence off the problems .

Hey, he might grow out of it. Sounds like you made a new friend!

Have to like him a little. Day one in the tank he pulled some Nori out of the mouth of my blonde Naso 5 times his size

Rabbitfish and foxfaces, though usually are reefsafe, can eat corals. Increasing feeding frequency, and the variety of foods offered can help, oftentimes once they start eating corals, they do not stop.

Yeah, I know they occasionally are coral eaters. Of course I don't know anybody who has one that eats coral, just me.

I had to remove my One Spot Foxface after roughly 6 months of being a model citizen. Suddenly started eating LPS overnight.

I was looking to buy a Foxface this past week and my lfs told me if I had Coral not to get him, so... I didn't purchase him. But.. I've always heard they were reef safe for the most part. Actually I was going to probably go back and get him this week but.. After reading this maybe not. [emoji848]

I think it is kinda like Dwarf Angels....it is hit or miss depending on the fish. While I think the Foxface is much safer than angels, they can still cause problems, as I found out.

I did loose a zoa out of nowhere too recently. Only a 2 polyp but wwc sour apples. Wonder if it's related. Have 10 other zoas in the tank and haven't seen him mess with any.
