Frag Tank / system build

Great set up & enjoyed reading the work on all the self build parts. I did that with my 75 and really enjoyed it. I’ll be building a different sump soon though & was curious if you fabricated the filter sock holder or purchase one?
Thanks bud. As for the filter sock holder I made it. It is non-adjustable. But I measured it out for the long socks. I could send you closer an more detailed pic of what I did if need be.

The heater has been very consistent so far with my temp only fluctuating 1 and 1/4 degrees at most. I'm happy with it so far. I have it set for 78.5°=77.5°. an its right on.

I'm getting really nice water breakage with my ecotech marine vectra M1 it is set to the lowest setting an powering a BRS daul reactor. I have holes shooting straight forward an shooting down the back on the spray bars.

The pump came in for my ATO I bought the smallest one as I don't need it to move a ton of water an give me big PH swings when topping off. This little guy should do the job.

I got a shipment of a few plastic float switches. I'll be using a few for the ATO an for my (if I decide to) Skimmer collection reservoir.

Add the frag racks. As of right now it's just 2 big pieces. Ill most likely be cutting them down for maintenance an fragging reasons. I think the black adds a nice touch.

I had a brand new jeabo DP-4 as a back up for my main system an was planning on adding it to this frag tank. I'll be dosing off Cal mag soda ash. I'll have the 4th for anything that might be beneficial as that comes up. I olny use 3 on my other tank. For the price on these dose pumps you can't go wrong. I ended up getting this pump half price from a local reefer lady. Like $50. If I remember. I know it's stand alone an not tied in to my Neptune Apex system. But it gets the job done an on a budget as what most of this has been about. If that makes sense lol

As of right now I need to get my pH probe an finish my dosing system. Then I should be done. My cycle is almost done.

For the PH probe I'm getting the Milwaukee double junction. For the price I can't beat it. The Apex single junction lab grade is on sale for $30. But I'm getting the Milwaukee for $40. I really don't like the color of the Milwaukee but I'll have to get over it. When things start rolling when it's time to change it I'll get the double junction lab grade Neptune Apex.
