Frag tank

Alright everyone I'm wanting to make my owm frag tank out of acrylic pannels. But I'm wondering what kind of glue to use to hold together the pannels, what kind of acrylic pammels to use, and what sealant to use.

Use only cell cast acrylic, and Weldon 4 for adjoining the panels. Also have some Weldon 16 handy for any imperfections. Success is highly dependent of edge prep! Check out you tube plenty of great DIY videos. Look up "the King of DIY" he has a great series on acrylic tank construction. Good luck!

Don't quote me but that appears to be extruded acrylic....it can be pricy......thickness dictates price.....look for a local plastic mfg near you, shipping costs are very high.....

Extruded acrylic will not hold up to the water pressure.....industry standard is cast acrylic.

Try this site to at least get a ball park on costs, keep in mind if you don't have the equipment to cut it properly pay extra to have the cuts professionally done to the tolerance of +/- 1/16"
