OK i deff appreciate the advise.....maybe take out a couple bulbs. like i said this is the only fixture i have right now so i have to make do with it. maybe ill make the lights site even higher up, i would be able to make them a good 20"-21" off the top if need be.

i should have the plumbing done tonight. then i just have to figure out what I'm going to do as far as the (FSB) fluidized sand bed. i should have it up and running in the next week or so. also i was wondering about what fish to put in there.....tang, wrasse, what? i only want fish that will serve a purpose....clean, eat nuisance pests.

plumbing done, just running a bead of culk around the edges under the stand. tomorrow i will drill out the side for the switch pannel!

You better look into suicidal fish as 8" tall is just asking for trouble fish wise
