So sad, I have a Fluval 13.5, had 2 clowns and a damsel for about 8 years ++ One clown died, a month later the other one and then the damsel later that year. I got 2 clowns, little ones, they both died within a week, got 2 more, 1 died within 2 weeks. Since I only had one left I decided to get Jack another Jill
Water parameter are fine, salinity, I make water changes every weekend. Worked fine for 8 years ++. The little one died this morning. What could be wrong. These little guys are expensive and it’s sad to see them die one after the other.
Any suggestions?

Down sides of a small tank is that if you spray something in the room or just cleaning the outside of the tank with ammonia can be a issue . Could it be disease ? Yes ! But look at possible contaminants . Maybe something like a air freshener that atomizes near the tank . Personally I would run the tank fallow for 60-70 days while doing major water changes , run carbon that way if it’s disease running fallow should take care of that and if it’s accidental poisoning the water changes and carbon over that time should fix that as well . Then buy a cheap fish to test when you decide to start again .
