Thanks - regarding the iodine dip, are we talking about a product such as Brightwell Lugol?

Any of the many coral dips that are primarily iodine based, seachem reef dip is one, lugols is another, there are several.

since he was just asking about lugols and gonna go with no...he hasnt tried that.

Just an update with regards: so I dose calcium for 2 days to bring values back to 420ppm, and the frogspawn gradually opened back to it's fullsome.
