Is something likely eating it or could there be another culprit? My parameters are solid and steady. I've got a hammer right next to it without issue.

Is the water flow from the hammer towards the frogspawn? Could sweeper tentacles have hit it?
last time you did a water change what about parameters?
You are correct. The various types of Euphyllia will not sting each other. No direct flow on them. Also, I never saw sweepera on either even in the middle of the night. Besides, aren't hammer, frogspawn, and anchor all ok together?
