Thanks guys , I need to get another herbivore up in there to help me with this caulerpa. Thinking another urchin and as much as I HATE them some peppermint shrimp lol hopefully they go after aptasia this time

Also notice how white my rock is? It’s pretty crazy to me that the rock almost looks brand new after 2 years. My refugium / macro algae I think is preventing other algaes from growing

Do you have an existing urchin?

In the reefer, the urchin has removed all but the white from a lot of the rock that was dry to start, then Covered in algea. It's a trip.

Yes and I’m sure he is responsible lol he will clean the rock to brand new status and also I have an army of asterina stars that will eat any coraline algae growth keeps my pumps clean tho.

I’m thinking I need to dose more calcium as it’s not keeping up with my alk , and my torch looks like it needs it lol. I will measure mag this weekend once I get a magnesium supplement. Also was able to take out some caulerpa / aptasia yesterday
