Taking a well needed break from the hobby. Was going to hold onto all equipment but I will find myself tempted to set back up if I see this stuff laying around in my garage.

Everything is FPFS Will not hold.

Everything includes free shipping with insurance and will be professionally packaged.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADD 3% to total to cover paypal fees.

Everything comes with original packaging etc and in great, like new condition.

Updated per OP request.
Why can I not edit my original post?
The edit window is now 20 mins for posts and 5 minutes for thread titles. In the future, please just post availability updates in the thread. Thanks!

Hey Brian.

I was told you would ship thursday at the latest friday and I have not heard back since I sent payment. I have pm'd you and have contacted you on sandiegoreefs where it seems you log on everyday. I sent you payment for 1 radion and I have been contacted by other members here that have sent payment for your other goods and have not heard back as well. I have filed a paypal dispute in hopes that would get your attention but still no word......... Please respond! jared

Maybe I won't be buying anything after all LOL

Yeah guys dont waste your time. He had everything listed as sold on but I asked for this thread to be re opened in hopes that I could get a reply from the seller.

Yes this guy said he would give me shipping information amazing how I got cheated. Makes me sad needed the item but even more I would prefer to have my money back at this point.

I'm not surprise by his shady actions. Good luck guys, I've been PM'd by two others with the same story. He sent them tracking numbers and then item was shipped later. Odd...

I'm lucky he refunded me over a miscommunication on his part.

Well I hope something is resolved. I was never sent tracking not even a response after payment. I am holding off leaving negative feedback but am getting ready to do so. I can't escalate my paypal dispute into a claim yet....... mine was 566.60 the other member that has contacted me was 1,500. I am still waiting to see if he has heard anything back yet......

What happens if the seller never sends the items to u? Do u just lose that money or does PayPal take care of it?

i may be new to this forum but has been around on 3reef and reef central for a while now. to answer your question: if they paid by paypal then they can escalate their claim and seller has to provide tracking info that item was shipped. paypal never release the funds to the seller until he (seller) can provide tracking info to paypal that it was shipped and received without problems. so the buyers from this thread who used paypal have a 100% of recovering their money. based on personal experience.

Yes Paypal will fight for you. File a complaint in the resolution center....them immediately freeze the funds if it is in his paypal.....or will toss his paypal into a negative balance....so you will get dibs at any funds he makes until you are paid.

Thought that was only if payment wasn't sent as gift, which I hope none of you did. GL

the worst mistake is to start a claim with paypal...
i hope you guys payed with bank funds instead of paypal funds because its a slim chance with paypal funds...
ive been in a similar situation, the seller doesnt need a tracking number to be safe nor unsafe.the easiest thing you can do is go to the bank and file a clam with the BANK,but if you already filed a claim with paypal and it gets closed on you, then youre done for good because the bank wont be able to do anything with the case closed.

I hope everyone has good luck getting either their stuff or their money back.
I bought a mp40 a while back from a member here under the pretenses that the wet side was two weeks old.. It most certainly was not and had a broken magnet. Luckily, through PayPals help, I was refunded $100 to replace the wet side.. I also had the seller send me an invoice.. Instead of gifting him the money.. I think that might have helped me. After the transaction theirs a 45 day window to file a dispute via PayPal.
Good luck everyone in resolving their issues! :)

if you are worried about a transaction, dont gift to avoid the fees. The fees are there to protect you against fraud. If I ever have a problem and pay the fees, I expect paypal to fix it, otherwise I wont be using their service anymore.
