A good lesson with paypal is to ALWAYS USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PAY, never a debit. If paypal can't "refund" then your CC will do it in a heartbeat. I've been on both sides with disputes before and there are times when paypal refuses to cover me for stuff I never got... call up my CC and magically they want to refund me.

Good luck, don't wait for paypal IMO, file direct with your CC to show them your serious. I believe with CC it's a 30 day window and paypal is a 30-45 day so if you do the math, paypal is smart about things. They want that window closed so that you will have to wait and prey on bender hands and knees for them. I hate paypal but use it because so many do.

I bought from Ensiferum. He failed to deliver the goods and all communication has stopped. Most people would try to stop with just trying to get their money back. However, it's not as simple as that for me. There are multiple people here that have indicated they have been cheated by Brian (aka Ensiferum321).

This morning, I was speaking with the case officer from the FBI. Since this as internet crime, they are first point of contact. I gave them all of the relevant info and they are beginning the investigation.

If any of you have been scammed by this user, please PM me your contact information so I can tell the case officer to add it to the file.
