Garage tanks in a Warm Climate - who has them?

Unfortunately I cannot dig the ground up, HOA wont allow it.. I have read some threads that recommended running pipes underground as the temp is cooler, sounds like the same idea with the underground tank. This is a great idea. I am doing some more research about evaporative cooling, trying to understand how I could do this in a garage.

Put an enclosed hood over the tank and vent to outside.

cut a vent hole from house into garage? ...only if you never intend to use it as a garage again... carbon monoxide from car exhaust and fumes from gas or oil leaks are not something you want circulating into your living space and are the reason the garage isnt tapped into the hvac in the first place

Got it, thank you. Looks like I may reconsider that part of the build.
