So I've been tossing around ideas and finally found a 210g tank for a great deal on Craigslist. I just closed on a new house and first order of business bring in the new tank. So here we go. Moving it here took 6 guys and a lot of hard work. But it's in the house now to start the pumping

It looks like this will be a very nice setup with a little work. I will be following along to see your progress!

Should be pretty easy. Had to cut a lot of the piping to move it. Just got some couplers and a new bulkhead. (One got broken off in the move). Should be as easy as reconnecting the piping and all the equipment. We will see. Tomorrow I'll reconnect all the piping and see how I'm gonna work my water station out. I love that is the tank matches all the cabinets in the kitchen.

Current plan is to change the lighting to LEDs. Looking to run 3 of the Arctic T247. Still debating on mounting them in the canopy or ditching the canopy for right now. Suggestions? My thinking is it will be to hard for me to get in to the tank for cleaning with the canopy. However I'll have more evaporation with out it I will be doing water changes by buckets for the time being and It will be a challenge to dump buckets in with the canopy on.

I used led and changed to metal halide and t5 and I love it corals growing like mad. The colour change in my corals are insane I wouldn't go back to led

Not all the lights in the canopy currently work. Half the t5s don't work and one of the halides don't ether. Plus the amount of heat made by them will require constant use of a chiller. Which I want to avoid. So leds it is.

The ocean revive t247 are awesome LEDs I have those myself and they look awesome. Also they have good affect on corals as far as growth and color.
Thank you for the reassurances. I've read some great reviews. From what I read three should be sufficient. I know they have timers, but are they programmable? Like hour by hour percentages of power?

So I got two bulk heads that have slow leaks. Any suggestions other than replacing them. I'm pretty sure that's what I'm going to have to do. One is leaking in to the sump but still. I have tried tightening them.

Ok update got after drying and tightening the bulkheads one leak has stopped. The other has slowed but it's still leaking. About one drop every 10 seconds or so. Any advice would be great. I'd like to just fix it with water in it. So I don't have to drain put a new bulkhead on then do another water test. If that's what I have to do I'll do it just hoping to avoid it.

You could try and use aquarium silicone

But if you wanna do a good job new bulkhead
