Inflating and deflating is normal. Try feeding every now and then when it's feeding tentacles are out. Sometimes ours will look like that for days then it swells to 3x it's size for a while.

$75 AUD, small though about 5cm diameterThat is an awesome looking nem. Whats the price tag on that guy just out of curiosity.
Thanks a lot I hope your right. I have just moved it further away where it should get similar flow and light condition. Here’s hoping that makes a difference nice easy fixWholly moly! I just took another look at your first photo and realized you have a Catalaphyllia, Elegance there next to your Trachy. That Cat will send out long sweepers and sting the heck outta your Trachy. Try moving it far enough away but in similar flow ant light conditions and I'd bet money that will solve the problems. PS- Your frogs can do the same thing...
Please keep us posted. It may take some time. If after a week or so there is no change, look to see if there are other corals that could be beating up on it. BTW how long have you had that Elegance? It is really nice looking. Thanks a lot I hope your right. I have just moved it further away where it should get similar flow and light condition. Here’s hoping that makes a difference nice easy fix
Thanks I will grab some tomorrowRevive is different. I'd recommend an iodine based dip for the trachyphillia.

Good idea however they aren’t, not even a little bit interestedAny chance your clowns are bothering/trying to host the brain? I'm removing a pair of mine today after I noticed two of my brains that have been healthy for a long time starting to act similarly to yours. I've moved the brains for the time being and they are improving quickly.
