after moving from colorado to germany and parting ways with my 9 gal reef, i decided i needed another one.
equipment:
12 gallon tank
8 gallon sump
2x eheim actinic and daylight LED lights
aqua medic return pump from sump (not sure about gph)
eheim circulation pump
75w heater
wierd little skimmer i found in a LFS

i plan on an LPS dominant setup with a clam or two, and am not even thinking about fish yet.
anyway here are some pics

looks awesome! nice and clean. i was just in germany end of last month. what part did you move too?

I recently discovered the tank was labeled wrong at the store.. its closer to 15 gallons instead of 12. with the extra 3 gallons i plan on making it a tang only tank.

Next week i will be ordering 4 to 6 tryssogobius colini. These are super cool and quite hard to find in the states. If anyone has first hand experience with them i would like to hear about it. Thanks!

right on didn't take you long at all, is any of that stock from Germany area

Bought everything new here... tank is made in poland i think, sloppy silicone job but as long as it holds the glass together i cant complain too much.

I'm digging it!

I will post more pics as soon as i get the last of my fish in. I picked up a tank of the same size and drilled it, but caused another mini cycle when i moved things over, costing me most of my CUC. the only things in it as of now are a purple and yellow cup coral, some zoas, green trachyphillia and branching hammers, along with my lone surviving cleaner shrimp and a yellow canary wrasse. Ive got a citroen goby, neon goby ,tanaka possum wrasse and the only trysogobius colini i could get my hands on in the mail though! really stoked about the mini dartfish.

Most excellent I approve, I have wanted a possum wrasse for the longest time, oh well one day maybe, cant wait do it up

im sure they will, im just cheap. I think I am going to try and get the bicolor dottyback out of there and then I will play with a few other options

well... my first online fish purchase in germany was a bit of a disappointment. No colini, no neon goby, possum wrasse is not tanaka but the other one, which doesnt bother me in the slightest, and an un-explicable true perc clown. Im not sure if my citroen goby will make it, he was in pretty rough shape in the bag, fins all tattered and very heavy breathing :(

Tanks looks good! Sorry to hear about your unfortunate shipping dilemma. Hopefully everything will pull through.
