im now able to color up acro. The top picture is when I first got the westside Tort. The bottom is today. It has been 2 months. Just seeing if that was a long time to color up or normal.

Tank update, so I have a pretty big case of aiptasia breaking out. I tried the file fish but did nothing. With a lunar wrasse in the tank nudibranch and peppermint shrimp were out of the question. I just set up a frag tank and sump, so I'm planning on taking the rocks with aiptasia and putting them in the new frag tank with the shrimp and nudibranch and see if that works. Let me know if anyone sees an issue with the idea.

Also, would a copperband be an idea? It would be the only fish in the tank with snails.

I put Most of the rock and All of the coral from the 90 reef into the 55. Nudibranch were added yesterday 4 in total 25.00 a pop at the LFS. Copperband arriving on Friday from WWC. I know it's a gamble but I have started hatching brine shrimp and if he doesn't take to frozen then I will have the live food. Will keep you updated

here is the copperband as it came and finally in the tank. First day he did pick at and ate some aptaisia. So fingers crossed as you can see adding old rock to a new tank and New sand although live, I still got the nasty red tide of bacteria.

I purchased a 2-2 1/2 inch fish, but received a 4 inch. Very healthy and I'm very happy

So an update on the Copperband, he lasted 3days. Just outside of the guarantee. Today I went to the LFS to pick up some peppermint shrimp for 9.00 apiece. I was going to pick up 6. The owner had told me that he can't get any in something about a shortage. I saw 3 New copperbands for sale 59.00 same price I was going to pay for the shrimp, and we got to talking, he said he just got them in and didn't know anything more about them but he said let's try feeding them. One of the fish went right for the frozen shrimp very aggressively. So happens the same fish was the only one coming to the front of the tank with no fear. Meet 2.0. As I was acclimating him in the bag I put in a few shrimp and sure enough he ate them in the bag.

Update on 2.0 copperband butterfly . Eating well has not eaten aptaisia that I've seen, hopefully that changes. He greets me when I walk in the room and is always out hunting and bold. Funny thing is he only likes brine shrimp and only one brand, he spits everything else out.
