I used a couple of wire suspension kits from Sunlight Supply and bought some 1/4" stainless steel nuts from OSH to secure them.

Here's a pic of the final product. I'm using Lumenmax Elite reflectors, Lumentek electronic/switchable ballast, & Ushio 14k se bulbs. I'm contemplating having a glass shop cut some low iron glass to protect the bulbs from splashes. Any thoughts ?

I noticed when I cam back from vacation that I was missing a couple of Seale cardinalfish. So, like most of us I checked if they jumped or in the overflows. Much to my surprise two of them hooked up and a male is mouth brooding !

I plan on releasing the McCoskers wrasses into the main display, so I had to make a slash guard. I bought a couple window screen kits from OSH and used 1/4" clear netting from BRS. I made 3 separate screens for ease of removal.

I wish I would have made mine in a couple pieces so I could just remove half. Nice job it look great, did you let the mccoskers go yet?

3 screens does have its merits. ;)

Funny you should ask about the McCoskers...I just released them into their new home. Did I mention a fellow reefclub member is breaking down his tank ? He's giving me a mystery wrasse and a red filimentous wrasse. I'm think of picking up two more of the latter ones so I could have a trio.
