Glass Cleaning

RODI & VINEGAR in a spray bottle and wiped with crumbled up newspaper.
NO STREEKS!!

A splash of vinegar on a paper towel to get most of the stuff off, then buff with a dry paper towel. Clean as a whistle.

I use eyes glass cleaner towelettes. They are pre moistened so you don't have to worry about anything getting in the tank

Best stuff you can buy for glass or acrylic. First time I purchased from a piano store many years ago. $6 at marinedepot. reef safe

Usually I just wipe it down with an old sock... they are good for a few tank cleaning once they get holes in them. I've done the Windex thing in the kitchen then walk to the tank, but not often.

ive used windex and paper towels on many different tanks for about 3 decades with no evidence to trouble. I do not have any tanks without a hood though.

Damp microfibre cloth and dry with paper towel. Been using this method for years and no worries of anything contaminating the tank.

I use a spray bottle filled with RODI plus a cup of vinegar. When I work on the tank, a little salt water can get on the glass. The mild acidity of the vinegar really helps to remove the salt residue.

Auto glass cleaner sprayed on a microfiber cloth then a thin coat of turtle car wax. Glass comes out spotless and any water that gets on it just rolls down the glass without leaving any residue.

I never spray anything but Vinegar and water, why spend extra money, water is free, Vinegar is $2.99/ 1 1/2 gallons
