I had it on auto every 5 seconds for the day lapseYou've inspired me, I need to do this. I haven't played with my Hero 4 in ages. Wish I had a longer tank though! Excellent videos. What was the shutter on for the day lapse?

I don't have a go pro but my guess is that maybe it stores videos separately? I'm not sure how it works either!I do. My problem seems to be when I pull it off the camera it's just all individual pictures for some reason. Maybe I need to "put them together" in the editor. I'm extremely bad with technology, especially for being fairly young...lol

I did not do anything add special. I used go pro studio. Imported. Converted for editing and then convert /share again for final. Then just browsed to YouTube sign in and upload.Very cool!! How did you upload the time lapse to YouTube? I have one of my scoly eating, but can't seem to figure out how to upload it.
I don't think so. When playing it on the camera itself it's a time lapse. Seems like the issue comes when I transfer it to the computer. Maybe I'll figure it out one day if not it's still cool to watch on the camera...lolActually you're probably taking photos and don't have it in video mode?
Thanks man. I'm going to have to try it again. Can't wait to see some more videos!I did not do anything add special. I used go pro studio. Imported. Converted for editing and then convert /share again for final. Then just browsed to YouTube sign in and upload.
Cool stuff, whats going on over there in the opposite front corner? fish are all over it!here is a day-lapse for comparison
I was feeding them and corals. I also captured video of clowns laying eggs in corner of tank. I will post later today.Cool stuff, whats going on over there in the opposite front corner? fish are all over it!
Use go pro studio and select all pics when importing. It automatically puts them together into a videoI don't think so. When playing it on the camera itself it's a time lapse. Very nice tank.. Super clean. How far did you have the camera from the tank? I assume it is on a tripod?.. hardly any reflections as well. Here's one from my 120
