Good late morning! Sometimes work gets in the way...I try not to let that happen very often. Texted the husband and asked him to bring home a bottle of white wine. May have to text him again and ask him to also bring home brownie mix! Any suggested wine pairings to go with Duncan Hines? ;Joyful

Good afternoon! Just caught a lizard that snuck into the house. Sometimes they get in when I leave the door open for the dog. People sometimes get mad when I talk about the weather here this time of year, so I'll skip that.

@Mibu I always assumed that picture in your avatar was you and your son, but I saw in the question of the day thread that you are 40 this year. Just curious, is that not you in the picture? Or are you one of those 40 year old people that somehow looks 18.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Your post is absolutely correct...every bit of it.

Thanks @ReefGrammie I really appreciate it. I hope you've been able to find some peace as well. My Mother took her own life when I was in my early 30's and it left so many unanswered questions and opened up so many bad paths of thoughts if that makes sense. I hope you and your family are able to find some peace and healing after what you went through recently, my heart goes out to you and yours for sure.
