I told work they need to be careful when I hit a year and the strain was effecting my physical and mental health as well as my family's. That was only after a year. 7 is insane. I asked my CIO if I was producing enough. He said I was great so I asked "what's the problem then?" He said none. I told him I was going back to 40-45. I was burnt out. Plus my salary was negotiated off of 40-45 with occasional overtime. We're good now! It felt great to get Sunburn and be part of Knobles, a theme part up my way. What's the point if you can't live. No one should have to work that hard for that long. If you are building your own business, ok yeah, but for someone else to expect that of you is ridiculous.
