battery powered bubblers deployed for Elsa, happy they won’t be turned on.

Hope all of you have at least 1 battery powered air stone in your reef toys inventory. Buy it!

Literally saved my tank 11 days no power during Irma. (House generators are not always reliable.)

This was probably the last one. I have since removed the UV though. I can add UV and/or filter socks when I want in a few minutes. The one on top is a RO SRO-5000 and the bottom one is a 36inch Lifereef with the optional large collection cup.

They have one in China and a huge section of class broke under some people. It's heavily laminated, so it can't actually fall apart, but the glass was in a thousand pieces.

Those are age ranges. This is for reefers that are 1 to 5+ years old.

We have had one band of rain so far. Now we are in gray and drizzly. My kids are at the condo in Sarasota and they are going to get hit harder than either of us. My son in law got a little chainsaw ready, just in case any trees or branches come down tonight.

My good news as that I just came back from vacation after a week and even though the power went out for a while, my tank is completely fine. In fact, I can't explain why but everything has gone through a huge growth spurt while I was gone. I'm glad I got that battery backup!

The bad news is that now the storm is aiming directly for us and all I have is that battery backup. It will last a while, but not a whole day.

I have been getting tired from walking the same places so this morning I drove West about a mile away to the same beach where I live, but a little farther than I have ever gone. I actually collect my water here.

This is about as crowded as this beach gets which is just the way I like it.

These are great to have on hand as backup power sources. I can run my return pump for many hours off of one. When the charge starts to get low, I plug the pump into the other one and recharge the first one off of my truck battery.

Got them off Amazon. They have several different sizes. I got two of the smaller ones because they are compact enough to fit in my tank cab.
