GoVols: Red Sea S-400

How have I not been following your build thread? Your system is amazing!
Brew,
Thanks a lot.

I overdosed the Vibrant   , but we'll get back on track next week :)

It happens. At least a Vibrant overdose normally only crashes Nitrates for a short time so the recovery is easy!

Loving your duncan colony! Wish i could keep them happy in my display but maybe the new build will be able to accommodate them!
@Dirtrider225

The two duncan colonies that I have, started off as one small two head frag.

At first, it was real finicky too and the upper colony was totally closed for two days and just opened back up this evening.

This time, I just over fed the upper colony and it closed up while it was digesting the food.

Duncans sure can be grumpy buggers before they take off, but you can do it.

:)

S-400 is overdue for some bad mojo... ;Nailbiting

Maybe you could buy that new waterbox aio frag tank since you're worried about QT and ward off the bad mojo. I mean, the tank costs less than a colony. Plus, I've got a spare AI prime you could use ;)

I almost had a tank overflow about a half hour ago;Sour The over flow pump was making noise, I should have left it for the morning. everything is fixed now, but in the morning I have to clean the MP40

Well,
The vendor's name that we're not going to mention has agreed to replace that coral at full price.
Under that vendors "strict" contract, they don't have to to it, but they are going to do it.

Vibrant Update:

The wall hammer has made a full recovery from the overdose
IMG_20180329_182621.jpg

So, Last night we went back to the recommended dose, but changed things up.
Instead of just dumping the dose into the main display and letting the Vibrant flow right down to the wall hammer, we dosed real slow, once in the back of the S-400's sump and two places in the S-Series overflow box. The wall hammer has responded much better to dosing in that manner and stands strong.

With that in mind, we are proceeding forward with the Vibrant and theses are the three areas of bubble algae, that remains in the S-400's scape.
