I had very high Phosphates in the 14g, but even with a low-range Po4 tester I wasn't showing high readings. I assume that's because the BA was uptaking it and that's why it went out of control. I've gone to Phosguard and am now heading for 0.03ppm. All my algae issues have resolved and my zoas seem to be recovering. As a bonus, I didn't lose a single critter (3 fish, 7 snails, 4 hermits) despite religating them to my 5.5 g QT for two weeks while my DT did a small mini-cycle and then stabilized. The vinegar did the trick in killing the BA spores, and I kept a couple of small pieces of coral skeletons that had a few bubbles on them, with some orange tube worms, but the peroxide killed the algae there too.
