Same stuff in my tank I have purple coralline growing in spots inside it too though.

Normal on a new tank, dry rock makes it worse. If you can remove it with a tooth brush or blasting with a powerhead then its diatoms or green cyano. If you cant remove it then its a type of green boring aglae or green coraline. In time the green will go away and purple coralline will take over.

I’ve had a tank running 7 mounts and I changed my lights to new stronger ones and my rock is turning green please help

It could be the beginning of corraline algae. If it doesn’t blow of or brush of it probably is.

They turn more green, maybe get a diatom outbreak, some hair algae...this is all normal part of the tank maturing, eventually coralline will take over and you'll have purple, pink, green coralline covered rock.
does the coralline automatically appear or do you have to scrap some coralline from a live rock?
