How many man-hours have you put in thus far? Amazing work and progress! Saved yourself a lot of money building the entire room yourself, perhaps it can be a side gig going forward to make money

I have no idea on the man hours but its been a lot. I own 2 barbershops and am a full time barber...much less beating on the body than this work lol. Will keep updating as i go!

Nearing completion of the room...electric is installed as well as the ceiling vent fan!...soooo can't wait to start filling this bad boy up!

Hopefully tomorrow I can sand, paint, hang crown molding, and trim the room...which means this weekend it will be getting plumbed!

Ceiling was kind of a pain in the butt, the attic access was located in this area which we are relocating.

Trim finished as well as silicone...bout to start on paint...then plumbing this week!

Went back and added some Paint to the ivy on the trim as well.
