Had anyone ever gotten sick from these????

darn, good thing i read this thread before pulling some palys out of my tank
 
Something that I think would be really useful is a photo list of zoa's that are known to be safe. I have no interest in keeping something in my tank that if I drop on the floor and my dog eats it or kid grabs it then they're potentially dead (besides the risks to myself). Just not worth it.
 
I haven't kept any Zoas for this very reason. I have 3 small kids in the house. I may get some of the smaller more colorfull ones at some point but it will probably be when the kids are older and not putting random things in their mouth.

I wouldn't consider any paly or Zoe truly safe, there is a lot we don't understand about these animals. If you are concerned with this then you should consider all to be unsafe. IMHO

Yea, currently I plan to exclude them until more is clear or known.
