Reef tank 450lt with sump just done 130lt water change yesterday

Hey welcome, though that is high I have maxed out the Hanna checker before with accidental dosing error. Would just up your export a bit until you get to desired level.

You can slowly reduce it using GFO, a product like phosphate-e. Just do it VERY slow. Your best bet would be to create a new post listing all parameters, full tank shot, and details around your bio load and export methods.

Anywhere below 0.25 should be good. I try to keep mine at 0.03-0.1.

Your reading is pretty high. I would retest before you make any major changes. Sometimes it can be test error.
