Hanna Reagants

Does anyone know anything about when and how you can once again purchase Reagants for Calcium and Magnesium????

I am colour blind and hanna digital is my best option

I have purchased salifert kits for both calcium and magnesium but they are annoying and difficult to use and test . The instructions are not clear and there doesnt seem to be any new videos on youtube to follow along.
the new salifert kits come with only 2 reagant vials and all the videos on youtube are 3 reagant videos so im assuming the old kits?

This is pretty frustrating for me to not know what my calcium and magnesium is consistantly

Beyond frustrated at Hanna for how they have handled the recall on the magnesium reagants

If you had already purchased the first generation of checker, Hanna should send you a package that contains the new checker and also a reagents kit. I just use the new reagents for sample C1 on both and then same thing for C2, my results had a + 40 difference as the new unit showed me 1410 and the older 1370.

My guess is that they are replacing all fault unit by the serial number given to Hanna to replace people like me that waited since release for a working checker. If you had one and didn't contact them do so and by phone/email to the headquarters of your region. Hanna Canada had amazing customer service even if took several months.

Oh i have had a horrible experience dealing with hanna . No communication and ghosting my emails and messages. They only responded once i posted on my instagram my communication that was never once responded to over the course of two months. only a public shaming warranted a response from them.

I am still waiting for them to respond to my original application i submitted with the serial # off my checker and 2 faulty reagants packs i bought. still to this day no response on that.

I will reach out again now that i know they are offering replacements. Again no communication from them to alert their customers the new reagents had arrived.

Weird that you are reading lower levels on the old reagants as i thought that was the entire reason for the recall was that the reagents were garbage and giving extremley high false readings...

Intereesting. I will measure the old and new reagants myself when they finally arrive
