Just got a Hannah phosphate MARINE checker and did a test and cam back after the countdown of 95. Can anyone tell me if this is good or bad? Or did I screw up?

Is it the Phosphate checker that's in your post?
Or
The phosphorus ULR checker that's on your your thread headline?

They are two different checker's

(95 x 3.066) / 1000 = 0.29ppm

The suggested phosphate reading in a reef tank (from many experienced hobbyists) is 0.05ppm.

Do you have the Phosphate conversation formula or cheat sheet for the Phosphorus checker?

Is it this the exact checker you are using?

If answer to the above question is yes. Then the phosphate level in your tank according to your test result of 95 is 0.29 ppm. Which is quite high when compared to conventionally acceptable values of safe phosphate level in a reef tank.

When I did a PPB to PPM calculator it said 0.095ppm
Your checker reads 95

Here's the formula

95 x 3 = 285

then put a decimal point in front.

.285 is your phosphate.

It's very high.

I am so confused. I e gotten like three different answers on what my phosphate is. I am using the bulk reef supply Hanna phosphorus url checker and I put my water in, hit button. Added the packet contents and push and held till the 3min countdown started and came up with 95.

What is your 3 different answers / the math / or the checker giving you 3 different readings?

To convert the PhosPHOROUS reading on the Hannah checker to PhosPHATE you need to multiple the reading by 3.066 like RadicalTour said (or to make it simple and just multiply by 3 like Go Vols does)
Then to convert from PPB to PPM you divide by 1000.

And yes 0.285 or 0.29 is high relatively speaking
