Haven’t gotten shipping tracking confirmation

This is turning into a real grab bag of scenarios.

Today, out of the blue, I received a package via DHL, the 2 lights were in the package!

I’m still waiting for the shades. I posted that scenario earlier.

I’m happy to have the lights, I can get moving on that bit, and add the shades when they finally arrive.

I did email customer support, but I don’t expect the hear from them anytime soon, based on other posts here.

Got too excited too soon. Package says it’s at a local FedEx station for last 7 days now. No delivery date. Opened a case with FedEx and they can’t locate the package.

I give up. No lights and out of money. Now will have to submit a credit card case.

Ordered on 10/16/24, label created on 10/20/24, package received on 10/24/24. Very fast and smooth transaction!!

Ordered Sept 13/2024, Shipped out October 15/2024, received Oct 24/2024. The lights look fantastic, the app is pretty awful to use unfortunately but hopefully it’s not as painful once I get it figured out! Makes the tank look fantastic. I hope everyone else receives their orders.
