Order 2844 for me.
Based on the previous 9 pages, I’ll be patient.
I only placed the order on 10/11/2024.
It will be interesting to see how long it takes to get shipping info, and shipping itself.
I’m in no hurry…

My order was delivered today. I was surprised as FedEx tracking never showed movement after receiving the package. My order was placed on 9-2-24.
For those waiting for their light, it's worth the wait. I already have 3 K7Pro3's on my tank. I brought the 4th just for better coverage, specifically to minimize shading. Yeah, their App stinks and customer service is lacking but these lights can grow SPS with ease, for cheap!

Shipping and customs hold ups can cause all sorts of delays.
It there is no US stock, and these are coming from Hong Kong, or some similar location.
I suppose several weeks isn’t all that unreasonable.
As mentioned in many other places, these lights are supposed to be excellent.
Hurry up, and wait…

I don't think anyone here complaining about the wait.. I think it's more of the trash customer service and no communication is the problem lately.

Well possible issues with my order. Shop App shows two different tracking numbers for my order. One was delivered today (14.2 pounds) in a totally different state than me. The one with my address (5.2 pounds) is currently on a Clearance Delay - Import. Hoping they just accidentally gave me someone else’s tracking info, but also concerned if something is wrong with the import information they provided…..

My first Noopsyce order of 3 lights and three mounting bracket were delivered in two separate boxes with two different tracking numbers.

Order 2844, I just received CNE tracking numbers 10/18.
This is the preliminary info, it looks like it is similar to information received, packages not yet in the hands of the shipper.
I ordered 2 lights, and 2 shades. There are 2 different tracking numbers.
As mentioned earlier, the lights and shades may be shipping separately.
I imagine that once these get to the US, I’ll receive different tracking info.
For what it’s worth, I happened to notice this from the website first.
I did get an email at 05:11 this morning as well.

Well mine got delivered today. Appears import hold was maybe triggered by US Fish and Wildlife Service (outside of box says coral light so maybe the word coral triggered something)

Mine only took 4 days from hong Kong wow.. total time was around 3 weeks all in all can't complain will order more if I need them my order was 2814 so if you're waiting trust assured it's coming! Also I didn't get any response from noop either but it is what it is I suppose happy reefing

haven’t been too active on this forum myself..just been busy. Order #2788, shipped out from Hong Kong on The 15th of October, processing in Canadian customs in Toronto and scheduled to arrive to my address later this Thursday! I do have an active dispute with PayPal so still need to deal with that.

I ordered 3 k7 pros on Oct 10 and it still says unfulfilled on their website. Is that normal? Order number 2841. I’ve tried emailing them and haven’t got any response.

It looks like only my shades have shipped. I was sent 2 different tracking links that were for the shades only, there is no tracking link for the actual lights.
Out of the 2 tracking links, 1 shows failed sorting.
This may take a little while to resolve.
I’m still building the plumbing on the tank, so I can be patient.

Got too excited too soon. Package says it’s at a local FedEx station for last 7 days now. No delivery date. Opened a case with FedEx and they can’t locate the package.

Unfortunately this has been a common occurrence over the last couple months..including myself and a couple other people. We placed orders..waited a bit..and even emailed the company. Some got luckies with replies from the company, others not so lucky (my self included). There have been a few people who have ordered shades and lights that have received two separate tracking numbers.
I ordered my lights Sept 13/24 order #2788…shipped out on Oct 13 and still haven’t received them. Hopefully you receive yours! Good luck!
