IDK, can't see it from here.I got this two days ago and now looks white. Is it dead or is it just stressed? I have it on the top now.

Blue picture is so hard to ID anything but, here it goes. Here is a picture of it.
Rapid tissue neurosis will not go away until the coral is dead.Ok, I will get a better picture. Will RTN go away? Should I put in tank lower?
Oh my, flesh is gone, only a few polyps left.
Lot to unpack here. Parameters fluctuating or being significantly different, lighting, placement; all can contribute to a coral dying, especially sps. I HAVE heard Hawkins is particularly sensitive to dips (along with many other "smooth" type acros). Rather than write them off entirely, you should attempt again later! I had a hawkins that melted, but I have other sps that are thriving. It's normal to feel discouraged but this is a learning opportunityI just added this. I am curious why this happened. I used Bayer Dip maybe I shouldnt have. Ok I will move it now. I don't think will get SPS again.

what is loop? lolOh wow, that's a lot.
This is my method.
Float bag 20 mins.
Dip in coral revive.
Inspect with loop. If I see anything address with toothbrush and h2o2.
In the tank.
Can't remember the last time I lost a frag.
My preference is to keep it simple. I always test the water that the frag came from, if it’s close to mine I don’t do any drip method, only temperature acclimation. I then inspect the frag with a magnifying glass to check for eggs, etc. dip for 10 minutes in Bayer. I will only toss the plug if it’s questionable. 99% of my frags make it past 2 days. This frag may have been too stressed to begin with.I did the following:
I floated bags for 20 min with lights off
After that I dripped method for 30min; cut off frag plug
After that put them in another container and used 2 cups of that water to 20ml of Revive dip for 10 min
After that used new tank water 2 cups in another container with 20ml of bayer for 15min
After that used new tank 2 cups water in new container 15min
After that used another 2 cups of tank water in another container 15min. Put in display tank with lights off.
Next day I glued it to rock on top, at this point looked white.
Anything I did wrong?
I guess good time to check parameter
