I did the following:

I floated bags for 20 min with lights off
After that I dripped method for 30min; cut off frag plug
After that put them in another container and used 2 cups of that water to 20ml of Revive dip for 10 min
After that used new tank water 2 cups in another container with 20ml of bayer for 15min
After that used new tank 2 cups water in new container 15min
After that used another 2 cups of tank water in another container 15min. Put in display tank with lights off.

Next day I glued it to rock on top, at this point looked white.

Anything I did wrong?

I guess good time to check parameters

Don’t give up! You used too much dip. Revive should be one full gallon to 40 ml. You used 20ml in two cups which is a huge overdose, that coral dip has to be used exact or it can burn the flesh off acros. Unlike Bayer. Plus it was a Hawkins which in my opinion should be dipped at half strength.

In, addition to what has been said sometimes this can happen and you never really know why. When it happens to a single frag that was the only addition you tend to wonder what you did wrong. I recently purchased 8 stag frags from a very reputable vendor and sponsor. The vendor has a very strict quarantine so chose not to dip. Temp accilmated and placed all on a rack under pretty much identical par verified by vendor. Two days in one started loosing flesh right in the center. Fragged off the healthy end and the healthy base and pitched the center. Next day the base was dead and two days later the upper section that I thought was going to make it died. All other frags are doing great. The one that died was not fresh cut and had encrusted the plug.
I guess what I'm saying in a long winded way is sometimes it just happens :thinking-face:
EDIT; I'm pretty much an sps newb so this is just me thinking out loud.
