Idk if it coincidence or what but I changed my lights out last night and already today my sps have bet.ter color. I have also been working on lowering my water quality so it may be that 2. Either way im seeing some results finally and im pumped

I was running a reef radiance light but switched just to get a longer light. I realy doubt the lighting change made a difference in 24 hours lol. Im just happy there starting to lose the brown uglies!

Yahh I think it was great. The radiance light has a lot more white in it than the reef breeders does so I ran the radiance at 75% blue and 35% white. This light im running at same percentages.

I did 3 water changes in 2 weeks. I added more gfo. I raised my kalk concentrate up a bit which in turn slowly raised up my alk to about 9.2 from 8.4. I think everything is happier meow!

Lol. Giving people a hard time is my job! Uh i redid my aqua scape yesterday. Mounted down all my frags better. Everything is looking good still kinda bland but encrusting really well. About to start encrusting off the plugs actually. So things are good. My peramiters haven't moved in months. Steady steady grow suckas grow.

Well that's the best news! Take a pic of the new scape and show us! Lol. Yeah, I have to do that with some of my frags as well. I didn't fasten them down in case they weren't happy in that location... you know the story...

Well they all got super glued for now. I'll be mounting with epoxy over the next few weeks. The sps anyways. The zoas are all on square grow tiles. Next time I frag I'll be making frags that will be my colonies for the tank and never get fragged.. I'll take pictures of the scape this week. I'm gonna start increasing my Max on the lighting soon. I'm running at 50% now. Gonna get up 2 75% I think.

Ok so yah I got bored editing all my snowmobile GoPro videos tonight and I figured why not take a spin in the tank with the camera.... LOL so here's a quicky with the pumps on and the lighting not set very well to do the video but im being lazy and I still think its kinda cool!
