Help a new reffer out.

I used all dry rock. With the exception of one piece I bought from the pet shop. It didnt look like there was anything on it. I suppose I could give it a fresh water dip and see.

Sounds like you are cycling your tank.

Without the right info it's hard for us to help.

That’s not a bad idea, bet anything on the rock could have moved somewhere else in the tank by now. I would still dip it just to be safe. Maybe do a stake out one night to see if anything comes out in the tank.

How old is your tank?

What are the other parameters?

A pic would really help us out to help you out to give suggestions on where they might have went.

Need more info. Too much “hey help” and then no info provided...... How long has the tank been wet? I’ve already made up my mind about whether it’s cycled or not already

I understand. I do thank everyone for there input. I'll just wait now.

I'm not sure what infor you need. Tanks been up for alittle over two months. I'll try and post some pic. I know my ammonia is about 1rpm maybe 2. Everything else I've check is 0.

Here's a picture of my shrimp. The banded shrimp is hiding.

Yup that’s just a cleaner shrimp. Maybe do a night time stakeout just to see what might be hiding. I would definitely wait till ammonia is down to 0 to get fish. Wait till nitrates are below 40 also. Did you check your sump or overflow for the fish?
