Do you run carbon in your tank? If not, I would recommend using carbon, that should reduce some of the yellowing with your water.
I did put put 2 bags of carbon in there on Saturday after the water change. An tank looked fine intell these am.

It might be best to do a 50% or more water change and see if that gets rid of the yellow water. Maybe someone else will chime in with more suggestions!

Are you overfeeding?
How is the flow in your tank? I can't see if you have powerheads....
Where is the carbon? Put it into a high flow area.
Is there any wood in the tank, no driftwood?
Do you use tap or rodi water?

2 poweheads one on each side of tank. Dont feel like am overfeed feed every day. Carbon in sump in high flow area. An using rodi water. Tank over 2 yrs old an never had these problems before

Is it slimy when you clean the filters?
