Help better pics

I've been posting and still haven't got a good answer. I was doing my new set up all fish were in QT for 2 months with Copperpower. Move them to the display tank and now this. Idk what's going on. Look like a mix of ich and something else like something is literally eating my fish

I see ich-uronema and bacterial issue on hand
Quarantine will be the first step and this is sort of a challenge with multiple issues on hand.
My thinking is for overall treatment, ruby rally pro may be your best bet along with higher temperature temporarily (80.5)
Tank itself needs to be fallow 45-555 days and a real good water change warranted.
Diet will be the second focus and much of this seems related to water quality and stress.
Increase oxygen in qt tank and maintain GOOD water quality

They literally just got out of QT after 2 months. They get nori, reef riot and live brine also. All my numbers are fine and ORP is 332 so tons of oxygen in the water. Everyone was great not even a week ago

It's possible to do large groups, but definitely harder

Yes all where in qt together. Is it not as effective with a large group?

It's just as effective (to my knowledge), but it's more stress on the fish and more stress on the DT when they get added.

All got dropped in qt at the same time and everyone was fine for 2 months. 11 tangs, everyone got along and everything. Even in 4hr display everyone did. Then this happened when I turned the lights on

We almost have to approach these one at a time, as there isn’t a common element to them.

There really isn’t a good solution then. As I said, there are multiple issues here, and that in itself is tough to deal with, but not being able to move the fish to a treatment tank pretty much eliminates all possible treatments unless you are willing to dose your whole DT. For damage control, you could list all the fish and invertebrates in the tank and let us know which ones look the worst, and we can go from there.

No inverts, it's a new build and only 3 coral which I can take to my lrs. My powder Blue is the worse. I don't think he'll make it. The sailfin, purple and powder brown and white cheek.

Well, a Hail Mary shotgun approach is something to consider; Prazipro and a broad spectrum antibiotic like Neoplex. Copper is problematic in a tank with sand and rock. My worry is that if the fish have ich or velvet and you don’t use copper, the end game is they will probably die.

I just want to point out coral dips do not kill fish disease. Perhaps something came in on a coral or snail as your fish looked great before. Anything wet it a potential source of transmission.

Can you catch some of them with a fish trap?

Otherwise I guess I would start with antibiotics. Maybe hypo.

Exactly what I would recommend. Happened to me one time. Who knows what type of parasite or bacteria is chewing away at them fish, but now that it is all over the tank, might as well treat that tank as your quarantine now. I would do 50% water change every other day till conditions improve. I removed all of my substrate, rocks, etc. rinsed filter sock from sump daily! I cranked up the heat to 80F. Added new carbon in my reactor.(changed that weekly) and dosed with whatever my FLFS Recommend to treat bacteria, fungus, ick, etc. now a days there are quite a few
(API (2 Pack) Melafix Antibacterial Fish Remedy 16-Ounce worked for me
***Cross fingers! You have really nice fish man!

Looks like a bad case of ick. How big is the tank? Hope you have a big fat skimmer to handle all the nasty from the tangs. Did you add all the fish in the display tank at once? If so that would drastically alter the bio load in the tank. Test the water and make sure everything checks out. If water is good see if there are other stress factors. Feed nori and garlic soaked mysis. I went through this several years back. It sucks, hang in there!

11 tangs? What fish are together in the display? Usually fish disease and bacterial outbreak on a fish is from stress.
You can qt and treat all you want.
Stress is the key factor imo.
Hope your beautiful fish recover.
I would drain the tank. Me personally.
