can you take the top off the air adjustment tube on the simplicity and trade it out with the one on Curve 5? They look very similar. And I can't run a fresh air line out the window on the simplicity, nowhere to hook up the tubing like the curve 5 had
Whatever you can manage will help. The more the better...I can only heat about 20 gallons a day with 350 watts, my rodi is in garage which is around 38 degrees until I wire in another outlet to put a space heater. Will that suffice each day until the polypads and cuprisorb arrive?
I had a algae scrubber light fall into my sump, completely blew up with a huge puff of smoke(i was sittin gon my couch so I saw it happen). Immediately unplugged it, changed out carbon, and did a 20% WC. Only thing that was affected, surprisingly enough the entire population of vermatid snails. Killed them suckers dead! No coral problems other then being PO'ed for a day or so, but no issues other then that.
