I can only heat about 20 gallons a day with 350 watts, my rodi is in garage which is around 38 degrees until I wire in another outlet to put a space heater. Will that suffice each day until the polypads and cuprisorb arrive?

It's an older unit. Worked really well though so I might buy another as I'm not really liking how the simplicity dc120 is made/put together. It's a weird 120 volt dc setup I think according to the tag on the motor

And I can't run a fresh air line out the window on the simplicity, nowhere to hook up the tubing like the curve 5 had

should be enough easily

can you take the top off the air adjustment tube on the simplicity and trade it out with the one on Curve 5? They look very similar.

I tried but it appears to be glued or something but I might pull that needle valve out and shove the tube in it and figure out how to seal the little holes in the air inlet.

Whatever you can manage will help. The more the better...

I had a algae scrubber light fall into my sump, completely blew up with a huge puff of smoke(i was sittin gon my couch so I saw it happen). Immediately unplugged it, changed out carbon, and did a 20% WC. Only thing that was affected, surprisingly enough the entire population of vermatid snails. Killed them suckers dead! No coral problems other then being PO'ed for a day or so, but no issues other then that.

Wow. I think I will take that trade. What kind of light should I drop in my sump to finish off these darn vermetids?
;)
