help choosing a phosphate and nitrate test kit

When I first start using the Hanna phosphorus test, I would get some strange readings until I followed the directions to a T:rolleyes::D I use a stirrer to stir the powder for 2 minutes and then do the test. I alway mess up and either just click the button instead of holding it or hold the button to long and shut it off:oops:. I will say the Hanna test is my favorite to use. One side note. I rinse all my vials before testing with RO/DI.

Nitrate there are a few tests that can be used and I using and have been using the Red Sea. That is a bummer about the broken test vials

I did the phosphate test twice just to be sure. 0 both times.

I was all pumped to use my new test kits!

Of course after I use them a couple times I won’t be pumped anymore [emoji3]

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't tell them what to use to test it :D

Hilarious!

It was a toss up. Thanks for your opinion and great information.

I appreciate it. [emoji206][emoji98]
