HELP Clownfish laying on side and white stuff on body

This product is a dip and for bacterial issues in which this is NOT bacterial. It is not a long term treatment and is not reef safe nor does it contain Formaldehyde which is what this fish needs. the bath she gave them replaces dip and is Industry known effective
I guess my only remaining question is whether I should have this clown's partner put in the ruby bath as well. She seems to be doing okay

Exactly- Its a dip and not a treatment for Brooklynella. Its literally a cleanse.

Brook can kill within hours. I would recommend you do so.
Brook can kill a fish within days - NOT Hours - My gosh - Please give accurate information
Brooklynella is an infestation of marine fish by a ciliated Protozoan called Brooklynella hostilis which are microscopic. The most noticeable quality is the heavy amount of slime that is produced by a fish that has contracted this parasite. As the disease progresses, a thick whitish mucus covers the body. This will usually start at the head and spread outward across the entire body. Skin lesions then appear and it is not uncommon for signs of secondary bacterial infections to arise.
This takes several Days. Velvet can kill in hours- Not Brook.
The OP sees it working already - Why wpuld you steer her towards a medication that doesnt even work for her issue?

It can be used for either if you read the instructions.
It can be used in a hospital setting but my point is - IT DOES NOT TREAT FOR BROOK.
AGAIN- The fish needs formalin based medication and hydroplex contain ZERO and is literally a tonic. I sold this stuff at my pet store- im very familiar with it

Several days ago,my Vanderbilt chromis was in horrible, probably untreatable shape happening overnight. He lasted going downhill during the next day and then died.

Im not going to keep going back and forth. The fish is in early stage and is not going to die in hours as you found - fish is actually fine and did not die in hours.
Google- Thats reliable over experience

@Jay Hemdal

Well, I have experience of losing fish and here is Humblefish's:
