Help Cyano won’t leave me alone

I ran out of phosphate checker so I can’t check my phosphates right now, but I checked my nitrates and they are at 3ppm. So the product has definitely worked at reducing my nitrates. I also was not using my skimmer or carbon reactor.
My blastomussa has sprouted about 4 new heads and the tank does appear to be happy. Unfortunately I’ll have to manually clean the sand bed, but I have noticed the sand clearing up in patches.

Use rodi water (change membranes if not 0 ppm), and run a GFO reactor. My cyano problems have gone away with those changes.
